To change personal data on the ticket, please download and install Going. mobile app (available in Google Play and AppStore). Then, go to the Tickets tab (a ticket symbol on the bottom of the screen), where you can find all the tickets assigned to your mail address. All you need to do is choose the right ticket by tapping on it and use the button PASS ON TICKET. Afterward, choose the number of tickets you want to pass and type in the data of the person you want to give them to.
The new owner will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link within 24 hours. Tapping or clicking the link means that the recipient accepts the ticket. It will then be sent in a separate e-mail.
The new owner doesn’t need to have an app account. A confirmation message will be also sent to the previous ticket owner. If the recipient does not tap or click the confirmation link, the ticket will come back to your account within 24 hours. We will also let you know about that by e-mail. Frequent causes include a typo in the e-mail address of the recipient or confirmation message being in the SPAM folder.
Ticket passing may be unavailable for some events. Passing the ticket is available until 24 hours before the event. The possibility of passing tickets to other people depends on the organizer's decision. We recommend that you do not transfer tickets at the last minute.
